Anson offers a wide range of end carriages for single and double girder bridge cranes, for hook capacities up to 60 tons. The box girder construction, ensures high resistance to bending.

Crane end carriages (also called end truck), which are widely used for crane operation, are one of the main parts of bridge crane. The generously sized wheels are fabricated in high quality, nodular cast iron. They can also be supplied in alloy steel whenever required by the specific rail profile or by the mechanical properties imposed by more severe speed conditions.

Anson compact built – in type adaptive optical limiting device can be installed inside the end carriages directly, which is suitable for limiting the device directly, without the need to test it repeatedly. The sensing range can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 0-2m, and it can replace the traditional limit switch, greatly improving the appearance of the end carriages.

The end carriages are driven by Anson own electric brake motor, this kind of brake motor has advantages of compact structure, smooth start, and excellent braking performance.

Underslung end carriages is your ideal choice

Underslung end carriages are very popular because of their low-cost and few requirements for workshop. Anson underslung end carriages are made of high quality steel with durable structure, and the installation is convenient because it can be adjusted directly after the wheels are installed on it. The driven motor adopts special motor for crane because of its excellent performance and low noise, the motor is equipped with reduction device, starts and stops smoothly, and the motor also has a long lifetime and low failure rate. Wheels of Anson underslung end carriages are made of high strengthen material, such as the 45#steel, after heat treatment, the hardness is high, and they can resist high pressure with a small deformation.

All Anson end carriages are supplied fitted with beam connection plates for top mounted, face mounted or shear mounted bridge beams.
