What is hook bridge crane?

Hook bridge crane belongs to general-purpose overhead crane. This series of crane using three-phase 380 v, 50 Hz power supply, working environment temperature is from - 20 ℃ to 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤85%, elevation ≤1000m.

According to the requirements of operation safety and reliability, all mechanisms of the hook bridge crane have brake and stroke end limit switch. The power source of lifting trolley is supplied by suspension flexible cable, which was installed on the walking board. t, the lifting weight of standard hook bridge crane in China is generally ranging from 5t to 250t. 1.The assembling and test of crane shall comply with the provisions of GB14405-93.
2.Control room can be divided into four types, open control room, closed control room, insulation (P-4 chillers) control room, and insulation (air conditioning) control room. Platform entrance of the control room can be divided into three kinds, flank, end face, and top surface.
3.Main lifting mechanism hook can be divided into single hook and double hook.
4. The trolley buffer shall increase the height.
5.During the installation of crane, the welding and installation must be according to the provisions of the additional figure.

1.The center of the hook lock chamber must be consistent with the center line of the upper valve stem, and the deviation is not more than 2 mm.
2.Hook surface should be smooth without burrs, sharp corners, cracks, folds and other defect as well as the repaired defect.
3.When the abrasion of the hook lock chamber is more than 5 mm, it must be replaced with new ones.
4.The on-load test for hook of a new crane must be 2.5times of the rated load, load time is 10 minutes. After unloading check for cracks, the hook must be subjected to flaw detection, and it can be used only after passing inspection.
5.The joint of hook rod threaded and the nut must be firm, insurance should be reliable. And if the joint be found loose, replace the corresponding immediately.
6.Hook crosshead, socket bearing chamber, screw thread, diameter of axle and some other components are the places where the stress concentrates on and prone to crack. Only after passing the inspection can hook of crane put into use.
7.The hook must be adjusted to flaw detection during his maintenance, and in can be used continuously after it is qualified.
8.A new hook must be forged with 20# steel and be treated by the method of quenching after forging processing.

The use of crane hook

1.The load should be in the middle of the hook site during lifting load.
2.When start to lift the weight should be steady as possible as it can be to avoid the shock loads.
3.The surface of the hook should keep clean without flake, acute, burrs, cracks, etc.
The check of the hook

Inspection of crane hook

1.The check of the crane hook includes routine inspection and periodic inspection.
2.The routine inspection is responsible by the using department. The mechanical driver should deal with the hook inspection when shift changes, record the inspection results on the running log, and the using department should check the hook during weekly inspection. The examination content is give priority to the appearance inspection, mainly includes:
1.If there are crack, flake and deformation on the hook appearance.
2. Whether the card board is safe and effective.
3. Whether each bolt has looseness.
4.The pulley and bearing whether rotate flexible.
5.If all the lubricating points are in good lubrication.
6.If there are any other anomalies.
7.Look the opening degree and torsion resistance of the hook, and test the condition by instrument if any abnormalities were found
