The wind turbine crane is a special crane, mainly used in the rapid repair and maintenance of wind turbine. ANSON wind turbine crane adopts self climbing type hydraulic lifting structure, which replaces the traditional costly wind power maintenance equipment – large crawler crane. The self climbing hydraulic platform contact with the tower drum without damage through multi-touch, equipped with safety inspection and protection system, mutual lock between hydraulic and mechanical clamping mechanism can be realized. ANSON wind turbine crane design features
- Setting guide roller during the vertically climbing process of wind turbine crane, the guide roller is made with wear-resistance rubber, rolling along the surface of the tower drum, the wind turbine crane will not scratch the surface of the tower, does not damage the tower tube anticorrosion layer, shape, strength, service life and so on.
- Finite element analysis of the key structure in design, accurately calculate the stress and deformation, in order to obtain high strength and low weight structure
- Set mechanical safety protection device for clamping jaw device, when the crane is fixed on the tower, the mechanical interlocking can be realized by the mechanical protection device. It is not controlled by electrical system, prevent the risk caused by the failure of electrical system because of the wrong operation.
- The clamping jaw is designed with multi - hydraulic cylinder, pressure feedback device is deigned on the surface between claw and tower, thus the phenomenon of loose, slippage, and so on. At the same time, the inner side of the crawler is made of hard rubber material with high friction coefficient, which will nor damage the surface anticorrosion layer, shape, strength, service life, etc. Control the hydraulic system through pressure feedback device, so that it will not generate too much stress between crawler and contact surface of the crane tower, will not damage the column or produce plastic deformation.

- Control system adopts electronically controlled pilot control, high sensitivity, simple operation. What’s more, it also has the function of overload memory and fault self diagnosis.
- Our wind turbine crane has certain flexibility, the diameter of the tower can be adapted to the different models of 1.5 kw by replacing the crawler.
